We aim to keep things simple, clear, and fair. This page outlines how we handle refunds and cancellations for our services.

Refunds
We put care and effort into delivering high-quality services, but we understand that things don't always go as planned.
Retainer plans
- Payments for retainer plans are non-refundable. These payments reserve dedicated time on our schedule and help us allocate resources in advance.
One-time services
- Payments for one-time services—such as development, consulting, or integrations—are final once work begins.
- Work is considered to have begun once the project scope is formally accepted and resource allocation or setup work has commenced.
- If work has not yet started, you may cancel for a full refund.
Site Care plans
- Monthly plans are non-refundable.
- Annual plans may be canceled within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. After 14 days, no refunds are available.
Billing errors
If you believe a billing error has occurred, please contact us within 14 days of the charge. We’ll review the issue and issue a refund if appropriate.
Cancellations
We strive to make our services flexible and adaptable to your needs.
Retainer plans
- You may cancel a retainer plan at any time with 30 days’ notice.
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
- No partial refunds are issued for unused hours.
One-time services
- Once work has started, cancellations are not available.
- However, we're happy to discuss options to pause or adjust the project.
- Note: Pausing may impact project timelines and could involve restart fees.
Site Care plans
- Monthly plans may be canceled at any time before the next billing cycle.
- Annual plans may be canceled within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. After that, cancellations take effect at the end of the billing period, and no refunds are issued.
Force majeure
We are not liable for delays or failure to perform resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, outages, labor strikes, or government actions.

We may update this policy from time to time. The most current version will always be available on this page, with the effective date indicated at the top.
